Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data secure?: Yes. Every query is scoped to the workspace you are signed in to, and a request for anything outside it is refused — isolation is enforced in the application on every read and write. Postgres row-level security is enabled on every workspace-scoped table as a second line, and the client-facing database roles hold no table privileges. Workspace integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Does this require any local installation?: It supports both methods: you can use our zero-config cloud MCP proxy, or run our lightweight CLI wrapper locally if you prefer not to open ingress ports.
Which AI clients are supported?: GreatArrow.ai exposes standard Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints, fully compatible with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, Gemini CLI, Kiro Terminal, and more.
