Your Calendar, plus the Docs, Sheets and files you pick. It does not read your Gmail inbox or your whole Drive.
Yes. Give each client its own workspace. Personal includes up to 10 workspaces and Pro up to 50.
Connect QuickBooks Online and the Money room shows income and expenses per workspace, with every source listed. On Pro and Enterprise you can also build a financial model and compare it with the real numbers.
AI agents that run multi-step work, and scheduled runs, are on Pro ($119 a month) and Enterprise. Personal ($39 a month) includes the shared memory, every integration, the morning brief and Ask AI.
