This software, including all source code, documentation, configurations, and associated materials (collectively, the “Software”), is the confidential and proprietary property of Manito AI and is protected by copyright, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. The Software is marketed and operated under the product name “GreatArrow.ai”.

No license granted

No license — express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise — is granted to any party by this repository or by access to its contents. The Software is offered as a hosted Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) product under separate written agreement and the Terms of Service. End-user use of the hosted product is governed by those Terms.

Prohibited acts

Without prior written authorization from Manito AI, you may NOT:

1. copy, reproduce, modify, translate, port, or create derivative works of the Software in whole or in part;
2. distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights therein;
3. host, deploy, or operate the Software on any infrastructure other than infrastructure owned or controlled by Manito AI;
4. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source form of any compiled portion of the Software, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction;
5. remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on or in the Software;
6. use the Software, or any portion thereof, to develop, train, benchmark, or evaluate a competing product or service.

Permitted acts

Authorized employees, contractors, and customers of Manito AI may access the repository solely for the purposes expressly authorized in writing by Manito AI — typically operations, support, security review, or contractually-permitted implementation work. All such access remains subject to confidentiality obligations and to the terms above.

Third-party components

The Software incorporates third-party open-source components, each of which is licensed under its own terms as set forth in the dependency manifests (package.json, pnpm-lock.yaml). Nothing in this license modifies the rights granted by those third-party licenses with respect to those components.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT WILL MANITO AI OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
