A clearer phone tab bar and a smoother mobile app
The bottom bar on phones was redesigned, and we fixed a list of small things that made the app feel rough on a phone.
- →Bigger icons and labels on the phone tab bar, with Ask AI in the centre.
- →More now lights up when you are in People, Meetings, Structure or Reports.
- →Tapping a text box on iPhone no longer zooms the page, and pop-up messages no longer hide behind the tab bar.
- →Buttons that used to appear only on mouse hover now show up on touch screens.
Pro and Enterprise workspaces can now build their own financial models under Money, start from a template, and compare goals with what actually happened.
- →Start a model from a Small business or Startup (SaaS) template with a guided setup; every default is marked as a guess for you to confirm.
- →See goals versus actuals, and seed a model from your real numbers in one click.
- →Import an existing spreadsheet to get started faster.
- →Forward a receipt to your workspace email address and it becomes a pending expense, booked to the original vendor and date, with PDF or image attachments read.
- →Outlook mail attachments are now saved as documents and receipts become expenses, matching what already worked for Google.
The ArrowDeck desktop app now shows each AI coding session running on your Mac, what it is doing, and lets you jump straight to it.
- →Each Claude Code session gets its own row with its title, whether it is working or waiting for you, its last prompt and its linked task.
- →Open terminal takes you to that agent's tab in Ghostty, Terminal or iTerm2.
- →Agents started from a terminal now count on Today.
- →A Windows installer is available from the download page; it is not yet code-signed, and the page says so.
More of the AI tools and apps you already use can now share your workspace memory.
- →DeepSeek Harness is supported by the installer, with a ready-made plugin.
- →Fireflies now connects with an API key, and finished meeting summaries and transcripts flow into your memory.
Plan & Goals gets its own room, and Work gets a calmer desk
Planning now has its own place in the side bar, and the Work room opens on a simpler desk that shows what needs you.
- →Plan & Goals is now its own room in the side bar and on the phone tab bar.
- →When you turn a plan into a Goal, you can keep or drop each step before it lands on your board.
- →Each Goal shows who owns every task and flags tasks with no owner; on plans with AI agents you can hand them to an agent, with a preview before anything runs.
- →The Work desk shows accurate counts, works well on a phone, and has an ask box for quick requests.
- →The full task board now matches the look of the Work desk.
The Views room was renamed Reports and simplified, and you can now ask Ask AI to create a report or dashboard.
- →Start a report from a plain question, and it opens straight in the editor.
- →Search your reports by name and filter by who they are for.
- →Ask AI can build reports and charts for you when your plan or your own AI key covers it; otherwise your connected AI assistant can do the same.
- →Open any chart full-screen, and resize dashboard tiles by dragging.
- →Charts size themselves to fit and read well on a phone.
See how your workspaces fit together
The Structure room now shows your workspaces as a simple tree, and Your Stuff became one dashboard.
- →Your Home sits at the top, with every workspace you belong to nested underneath.
- →Click a workspace to see who is in it and which information its AI uses.
- →A dot marks any connection that needs fixing, and each workspace has a single Access page for apps, teammates and sharing.
- →Your Stuff is now one dashboard with search and tiles for memories, conversations, documents and things made for you.
Workspace owners and admins can set monthly AI usage limits per workspace, and those limits are now enforced.
- →Separate limits for AI chat and for memory indexing, in workspace settings.
- →Each limit shows how much of it this month has used.
- →Leave a limit blank for no workspace cap; your AI tools can read and set the same limits.
Sign-in emails now include a six-digit code, so you can still get in when a sign-in link is slow or opens in the wrong browser.
- →Type the code on the sign-in page instead of clicking the link.
- →Your sign-in session is now kept in a cookie that page scripts cannot read, for better protection.
Paid plans now include a monthly allowance of phone minutes and texts for talking to your workspace by phone.
- →Call or text your number to reach your workspace's AI.
- →Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can see your usage in your account.
- →Turning it on asks for your consent to receive texts.
Contacts and leads are now separate
People now keeps your contacts and your sales leads apart, and you can move someone between them.
- →Contacts is your directory; Leads is your sales pipeline. A person appears in one or the other.
- →Move to leads and Move to contacts on any card, with undo.
- →Owners can switch on web research for leads in workspace settings.
A cleaner Ask AI, with the cost of each answer shown
Ask AI was redesigned with one place to choose what it reads, a tidy history panel and the cost of every answer.
- →Choose which workspaces Ask AI reads from in the header.
- →Earlier questions open in one panel, with search and undo on delete.
- →Every answer shows what it cost, and you are told when you near your allowance.
- →Set your timezone once in your account so your AI tools know your time of day.
Run your company's weekly rhythm in Company direction
A new set of tools helps you set direction for the business and run it week to week.
- →Set quarterly priorities and track a 13-week grid of weekly numbers.
- →Log issues, work through them, and run your weekly meeting with an agenda clock and ratings.
- →Build a vision plan section by section; suggestions come only from your own information and show their sources.
- →The morning briefing links straight to the items it mentions.
- →Drag to reorder widgets on your home page.
The task board in Work was rebuilt to make it clearer what is moving, what is stuck, and what to do next.
- →A strip shows tasks that are not moving and says what to do about them.
- →Later, Done and Archived tasks sit in one drawer out of the way.
- →Open a task to see its details, activity and full set of fields in three tabs.
- →Switch between board, list and a week-by-week timeline, and filter by due date and quick filters you can stack.
- →Each checklist step now says how, where and who it is for.
